U.S. Postal Service

UPS Ground Shipping 

For items weighing less than 150 lbs. Standard transit time is 3-5 days, depending on the delivery location. Expedited shipping options are available and can be arranged via phone at (877) 431-2100. Additional charges apply to expedited shipments.

Standard Freight Carrier Delivery

For major appliances that do not qualify for Warners’ Stellian Home Delivery. This service is also used for items that require special handling and are oversized. These items are shipped by a freight carrier and are curb service only. A person 18 years or older must be available to meet the delivery and sign for the product(s).

If you select this method at the time of checkout, shipping charges will be automatically calculated in the shopping cart. A Warners’ Stellian representative will contact you by phone to arrange delivery. Transit time for this method is 4-8 business days. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Holidays are exempt. In the event that you are absent at the time of delivery, there is a minimum rescheduling fee of $50.

Threshold delivery service is available for an additional charge and can be arrange via phone at (877) 431-2100. Threshold service allows the driver to place your purchases at the threshold of your door or in your garage. This service does not include in-home delivery or set up.

Warners’ Stellian Home Delivery

For select products delivered within select areas of the Twin Cities, Rochester, MN and Des Moines, IA local areas. Delivery and basic installation provide by Warners’ Stellian professionals. This service includes unpacking, room-of-choice drop-off and haul-away of the replacement appliance. Installation services are also available. Lead time for in-stock items is 2-3 days.

If you select this method at the time of checkout, shipping charges will be automatically calculated in the shopping cart. A Warners’ Stellian representative will contact you by phone to arrange delivery. Deliveries are scheduled Monday through Saturday 8:30am-5pm. Limited delivery days apply to some areas -see delivery schedule for details.

Free Garage Drop Shipping – Twin Cities
Our customers without a truck will enjoy faster shipping to their garage. Orders $499 & up qualify for free garage drop shipping within the Twin Cities delivery area. A Warners’ Stellian associate will deliver & your appliance to the closest covered area or garage, unpackage it and recycle your replaced appliance if removed from your home.


Local Pickup

In St. Paul, MN. If you select the local pickup option in the shopping cart, you will be contacted by one of our sales associates to arrange the best time for pickup of your order from our St. Paul warehouse. Only the purchaser/ designated pickup person can pick up the order. Required information for pickup is the email confirmation and a valid photo ID. Special arrangements may be made for pickup at one of our store locations, but this option may not be available in all cases.



Shipping restrictions

  • Delivery time frames are approximate. We will do our best to let you know if there are delays.
  • We do not ship to PO boxes.
  • Deliveries to remote locations within the US may cause delay.
  • We are unable to accept or ship orders outside of the US.
  • Signature required for all orders $500 or more.


Additional charges (beyond standard rates) will be added for freight services if any of the following apply:

  • You live on an island with access via bridges.
  • You live in a gated community or there are road restrictions.
  • You require a specific delivery time or weekend delivery.


Freight Delivery:
If your order is delivered via freight shipping.
   1 You will get a phone call 24 hours in advance on when the delivery will occur.
   2 Freight delivery is a curbside delivery, no in-home delivery or set-up.
   3 No haul-away of old appliances. This is your responsibility. 
   4 You MUST open and inspect all items before signing off with the shipping carrier, if not we are not responsible for any damage.

• Immediately take pictures.

• Document the damage with the shipping carrier.

• Notify us immediately. – If this is not done and you receive a damaged item, we are not responsible for any expenses. Items need to be inspected as you receive them from the shipping carrier. Following the procedure above will help us get reimbursed from the manufacture and/or shipping carrier. 

   5 If you reject shipment for any reason other than damage, you will be responsible for the freight cost to not only ship the item to you, but to return it to our warehouse, plus a 25% restocking fee.
