Warners’ Stellian Home Delivery

For select products delivered within select areas of the Twin Cities, Rochester, MN and Des Moines, IA local areas. Delivery and basic installation provide by Warners’ Stellian professionals. This service includes unpacking, room-of-choice drop-off and haul-away of the replacement appliance. Installation services are also available. Lead time for in-stock items is 2-7 days, depending on your location and choice of delivery options.

If you select this method at the time of checkout, shipping charges will be automatically calculated in the shopping cart. A Warners’ Stellian representative will contact you by phone to arrange delivery. Deliveries are scheduled Monday through Saturday. Limited delivery days apply to some areas -see delivery schedule for details.

Express Delivery – $99
If you need your new appliance fast, our Express Delivery option offers professional delivery and freestanding installation by delivery specialists within 48 business hours. There are a limited number of spots available per day, and Express Delivery is only available for in-stock, new-in-the-box appliances with our standard free delivery zones only.

Garage-Drop Shipping – Free
Our customers without a truck will enjoy faster shipping to their garage. Orders $499 & up qualify for free garage drop shipping within our standard delivery area. A Warners’ Stellian associate will deliver your appliance to the closest covered area or garage, unpackage it and recycle your replaced appliance if removed from your home.

Standard Full-Service Delivery – Free  
Relax, and let Warners’ Stellian’s professional delivery crews expertly handle your appliance delivery & haul-away. In our humble opinion, our delivery specialists are the best. Tight spots? Navigated. New floors? Carefully protected. Friendly? You bet. Our customers love them. And delivery is free within our local delivery zones and available for a fee in the surrounding areas. This service includes bringing the product into your home, setting it in place & leveling. Responsible recycling of appliances and packaging is available. Local deliveries are scheduled for Monday through Saturday. No Sunday deliveries available.

Local Pickup – Twin Cities
In St. Paul, MN. If you select the local pickup option in the shopping cart, you will be contacted by one of our sales associates to arrange the best time for pickup of your order from our St. Paul warehouse. Only the purchaser/ designated pickup person can pick up the order. Required information for pickup is the email confirmation and a valid photo ID. Special arrangements may be made for pickup at one of our store locations, but this option may not be available in all cases.

 

 

Standard Freight Carrier Delivery – SAV Transportation Group

For major appliances that do not qualify for Warners’ Stellian Home Delivery. SAV Transportation Group is also used for items that require special handling and are oversized. These items are shipped by a freight carrier and are curb service only. A person 18 years or older must be available to meet the delivery and sign for the product(s).

If you select this method at the time of checkout, shipping charges will be automatically calculated in the shopping cart. A Warners’ Stellian representative will contact you by phone to arrange delivery. Transit time for this method is 4-8 business days. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Holidays are exempt. In the event that you are absent at the time of delivery, there is a minimum rescheduling fee of $50.

Threshold delivery service is available for an additional charge and can be arrange via phone at (877) 431-2100. Threshold service allows the driver to place your purchases at the threshold of your door or in your garage. This service does not include in-home delivery or set up.

Free nationwide shipping on appliances $2500 and up on most orders
We offer fast & convenient standard freight delivery on most orders $2500 and up when purchased online at www.warnersstellian.com. Qualifying orders will reflect a free shipping option in the shopping cart. Transit time is 4-8 business days on all stocked items. When you select this method in the shopping cart, a Warners’ Stellian representative will contact you to confirm pricing and arrange for shipping.

Exclusions:

  • Limited shipping rules may apply to select products.
  • Purchase of 2 or more 4-piece kitchen appliance packages each sold for less than $2500 will not qualify.
  • Offer cannot be combined with special package pricing or builder pricing
  • Offer not valid on shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
  • Offer not valid in prior purchases.

UPS Ground Shipping 

For items weighing less than 150 lbs. Standard transit time is 3-5 days, depending on the delivery location. Expedited shipping options are available and can be arranged via phone at (877) 431-2100. Additional charges apply to expedited shipments.

Used to deliver gift cards.

 

 

 

 

Shipping restrictions

  • Delivery time frames are approximate. We will do our best to let you know if there are delays.
  • We do not ship to PO boxes.
  • Deliveries to remote locations within the US may cause delay.
  • We are unable to accept or ship orders outside of the US.
  • Signature required for all orders $500 or more.

 

Additional charges (beyond standard rates) will be added for freight services if any of the following apply:

  • You live on an island with access via bridges.
  • You live in a gated community or there are road restrictions.
  • You require a specific delivery time or weekend delivery.

 

Freight Delivery:
If your order is delivered via freight shipping.
   1 You will get a phone call 24 hours in advance on when the delivery will occur.
   2 Freight delivery is a curbside delivery, no in-home delivery or set-up.
   3 No haul-away of old appliances. This is your responsibility. 
   4 You MUST open and inspect all items before signing off with the shipping carrier, if not we are not responsible for any damage.

• Immediately take pictures.

• Document the damage with the shipping carrier.

• Notify us immediately. – If this is not done and you receive a damaged item, we are not responsible for any expenses. Items need to be inspected as you receive them from the shipping carrier. Following the procedure above will help us get reimbursed from the manufacture and/or shipping carrier. 

   5 If you reject shipment for any reason other than damage, you will be responsible for the freight cost to not only ship the item to you, but to return it to our warehouse, plus a 25% restocking fee.
