I made a purchase at Warners’ Stellian today, when will I get my Rewards Certificate? Rewards Certificates will be processed following the start of your finance terms, which begins after you receive your appliances.
When will I get my certificates? Certificates are issued by email, so we must have your email address. Please contact your sales associate to confirm your email address on file and do not unsubscribe from Warners’ Stellian emails if you would like to receive your Rewards certificate(s). Warners’ Stellian Rewards expire 90 days after issuance.
Where can I use my Rewards certificates? To redeem Rewards, you must come to a Warners’ Stellian store by the expiration date shown on the Rewards certificate. Rewards redeemed in-store must be surrendered at time of purchase. You can redeem multiple Rewards on a single transaction, but the order must total at least $499 before tax. Rewards can be combined with any promotional offer. If the value of a purchase is less than the value of the Rewards being redeemed, then any remaining Rewards balance will be forfeited. Rewards cannot be credited to an account or redeemed for cash.
Can I let someone else use my Rewards certificate? No, Rewards may only be used for purchases $499 & up by the cardholder and to be located at the cardholder’s original address. Rewards are not “gift certificates” and are not intended for gift-giving purposes. Rewards cannot be used to purchase Warners’ Stellian gift cards or to pay for repair services.
I lost my certificate, what can I do? Check your email! If you still can’t find it, contact your sales associate with your original order details and email address.

Can I use my Rewards certificate to pay my Warners’ Stellian Card bill? Warners’ Stellian Rewards certificates have no cash value and are only valid on Warners’ Stellian products and delivery and installation services.
Are there any exclusions to redeeming Rewards certificates? Warners’ Stellian Rewards have no cash value and are not redeemable for cash. Good for one-time use only. Unused balances are not refundable. No cash refunds or reactivation for returns. Excludes tax/shipping charges and purchase of Gift Cards. Warners’ Stellian Rewards are only redeemable at Warners’ Stellian stores.

By participating in the Warners’ Stellian Card Rewards Program, you hereby agree to be bound by these terms. In order to receive the benefits of the Warners’ Stellian Rewards Program, you need to:
1. Make qualifying purchases with your Warners’ Stellian Card, choosing 6 months financing terms. The Rewards Program is automatically available for your Warners’ Stellian Card account, if it is open, in good standing and not more than two (2) payments past due, both at the time rewards are earned and at the time Rewards Certificates (“Warners’ Stellian Rewards” or sometimes referred to as “Loyalty Rewards” or “rewards”) are issued and redeemed. For every dollar in net purchases (merchandise purchased minus returns and adjustments) charged to the Warners’ Stellian Card at any store location or by calling 877-431-2100, you will earn 5% reward dollars. If returns and adjustments exceed purchases in any billing statement period, this could result in negative reward dollars. You may see reward dollars advertised as percentage back on purchases (e.g., 5% back in rewards).
2. Receive Rewards Certificates from Warners’ Stellian by email. Rewards will be issued and e-mailed within a 4-week processing period after your appliances are received and your Warners’ Stellian card is billed using 6 months financing terms. Rewards will expire 90 days from the date of issuance.
3. Present and redeem Warners’ Stellian Card Rewards in accordance with the Warners’ Stellian Card Rewards Program Terms. To redeem Rewards, you must come to a Warners’ Stellian store, or call 877-431-2100 by the expiration date shown on the Rewards certificate. Rewards redeemed in-store must be surrendered at time of purchase. You can redeem multiple Rewards on a single transaction. Rewards can be combined with any promotional offer. If the value of a purchase is less than the value of the Rewards being redeemed, then any remaining Rewards balance will be forfeited. Rewards cannot be credited to an account or redeemed for cash. Additional restrictions may apply as stated on your Rewards certificate. Rewards are not “gift certificates” and are not intended for gift-giving purposes. Rewards cannot be used to purchase Warners’ Stellian gift cards. Returned merchandise purchased with Rewards will be eligible for an exchange only at the time of the return. The reward dollars will not be returned to your account and you will not receive cash, store credit, or a new Rewards certificate. You acknowledge that the reward dollars have no value and that reward dollars and any Rewards issued are purely promotional and are provided without the payment of any consideration or other thing of value. Unless and until you present the Rewards certificate at a Warners’ Stellian store or by calling 877-431-2100, no right, title, or interest in the reward dollars has been earned. Reward-earning ability is forfeited upon the closing of a Warners’ Stellian Card account or termination of the Rewards Program. We reserve the right to remove any person from the Rewards Program in the event of any fraud or abuse in connection with this program. We reserve the right to change or terminate the Rewards Program at any time and in any manner without notice. The Warners Stellian Card Rewards Program is offered by Warners’ Stellian, which uses Synchrony Bank as its financing partner.
