Administrative Assistant (part time) Job Opening – Warners’ Stellian

Detail: The administrative assistant is the first contact customers have when entering our retail store or calling on the phone – a pleasant and helpful demeanor is essential. The administrative assistant is also responsible for daily administrative duties.

Work hours: Typical hours may include working nights and weekends, averaging 10-15 hours per week.

Duties include:

  • Greeting customers
  • Answering multiple phone calls a day
  • Working with a computer
  • End of day accounting responsibilities (training provided)
  • Data entry
  • Writing sales
  • Light cleaning

Qualified applicants:

  • Must be reliable
  • Must be professional with good communication skills
  • Must show great attention to detail
  • Must be comfortable multi-tasking
