Administrative Assistant – Daytime (part time) Job Opening – Warners’ Stellian

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 – $16.00 per hour

About the opportunity: The office support person is the first contact customers have when entering a retail store or calling on the phone. A pleasant and helpful demeanor is a must. Work hours are 11 a.m. – 3 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Essential Duties and Job Responsibilities: Other duties may be assigned.

  • Welcoming on-site visitors as they enter the showroom, determining nature of business, and introducing visitors to the appropriate personnel.
  • Providing a consistently excellent customer service experience by maintaining the highest degree of courtesy, confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Comfortable asking questions to determine customer’s needs to help them.
  • Responsible for customer experience in store while awaiting an Appliance Specialist assistant. Offering coffee and/or water to customers.
  • Answer incoming line courteously and efficiently.
  • Assist customers with customer service questions and issues.
  • Assist other departments with questions and issues.
  • Must project a positive attitude within the department and the overall company.
  • Must acknowledge, understand, and promote Warners’ Stellian corporate vision and mission.


    Office Support Competencies: To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:

    • Phone
    • Computer Skills – Intermediate level PC Skills, able to learn GERS and NetSuite systems
    • Communication
    • Warners’ Stellian policies and procedures
