Qualification

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)
  • Minimum of 3 years direct experience in the appliance industry.

About the opportunity:

The office support person is the first contact customers have when entering a retail store or calling on the phone, a pleasant and helpful demeanor is a must.

Essential Duties and Job Responsibilities include the following: Other duties may be assigned.

  • Welcoming on-site visitors as they enter the Showroom, determining nature of business, and introducing visitors to the appropriate personnel.
  • Providing a consistently excellent customer service experience by maintaining the highest degree of courtesy, confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Comfortable asking questions to determine customer’s needs to help them.
  • Responsible for customer experience in store while awaiting an Appliance Specialist assistant. Offering coffee and/or water to customers.
  • Cross train with other positions to support team.
  • Answer incoming line courteously and efficiently.
  • Assist customers with customer service questions and issues.
  • Assist other departments with questions and issues.
  • Keep office clean and empty waste baskets.
  • Must project a positive attitude within the department and the overall company.
  • Must acknowledge, understand, and promote Warners’ Stellian corporate vision and mission.

Office Support Competencies: To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:

  • Phone
  • Computer Skills – Intermediate level PC Skills, able to learn GERS operating system
  • Communication
  • Warners’ Stellian policies and procedures
