HVAC and Plumbing General Manager (full time) Job Opening – Warners’ Stellian

The HVAC and Plumbing General Manager is responsible for all aspects of the business including sales, installation, quality control, lead generation, people management, customer satisfaction, and P&L results.

Essential Duties and Job Responsibilities:

• Leads and manages all aspects of HVAC and Plumbing sales and installation
• Schedules, directs, and provides technical support for all technicians
• Establishes proper staffing levels
• Determines the proper product selection and pricing strategies
• Manages customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction
• Works closely with leadership to align business unit strategies with overall company goals/values
• Establishes and achieves annual budgets
• Maintains awareness of the competitive landscape and responds accordingly

• Extensive knowledge of residential HVAC and Plumbing systems
• Working understanding of local licensing and permit requirements

• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Ability to think analytically and strategically

• Excellent customer relation skills
• Ability to takes responsibility and accountability for own actions and the actions of all direct reports

• Ability to be flexible and adapt to change

 

Job Requirements

Education/Experience:
• 4-year degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of management or supervisory experience
• Preferred experience within residential HVAC, Plumbing, or other high skilled technical trade

Travel Demands:
• Ability to travel to customer homes and all Warners’ Stellian locations

Computer Skills:
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Teams

Physical Demands:
• Must be able to sit for extended periods of time
• Must be able to do data entry and computer work on a keyboard
• Must be able to crouch, bend, and move in small spaces
