What You’ll Do:

• Conducts Delivery technician training
• Conducts Senior Delivery Technician training
• Assist delivery field performance
• Assist getting trucks on road daily
• Assist labor team tool preparation
• Assist new hire processes
• Conducts truck inspections
• Conducts year-end reviews
• Enforce disciplinary action
• Delivery and installation of all major appliances
• Removal of all recycled units at job sites
• Assist warehouse operations when needed
• Ability to drive safely and respect company vehicles
• Responsible for tools and company equipment in vehicles and in warehouse
• Respectful to customer property
• Responsible for paperwork and payments handled or collected
• Know and follow all facility rules and motor vehicle laws
• Report all equipment needs and repairs to supervisor
• Report all incidents or accidents immediately to supervisor

What You’ll Bring:

• Ability to read, write and understand English
• Highly effective oral communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills

What You’ll Need:

• High school diploma or GED
• Delivery experience preferred
• DOT certification to operate company vehicles
• Valid driver’s license
• Clean driving record
• Will agree to follow standard operating procedures and abide by policies set forth by company
• Performs other duties as assigned
