I wanted to leave you with a quick note on how great our experience at Warners’ Stellian in Apple Valley was. My husband and I went into the Apple Valley store just to see what appliances were out there. Immediately when we walked in Chris Auna greeted us and was our personal sales associate until we left. Chris helped us look around and gave great advice. He was extremely patient with us and answered all of our questions. His knowledge of the products on the floor (and many that were not) was impressive. Although my husband and I entered the store with the intention of just looking- we left having purchased appliances for our entire house. We’re extremely happy with our experience and glad that Chris showed us that Warners’ ould be our one-stop shop.

I needed a new refrigerator for immediate delivery in Roseville (since I live primarily in Phoenix), and your excellent Appliance Specialist Liz Lyman found the right one that I wanted, at a great price, and we completed the purchase in less than 10 minutes. It will be delivered in perfect time. Yesterday, another retailer, said they had 10 of them in stock when I called, so I asked the sales rep to take my credit card and I’d be there in a few hours. He said they don’t take credit card orders over the phone. (Not correct) When I then went there, I was told their stock had just gone to zero. Bummer. No wonder you have a full house of customers, while some of your competition has totally empty appliance sales rooms!

I had an outstanding experience. I bought four appliances after talking with the WS salesperson at length. He was patient and knowledgeable. He didn’t pressure me but let me make my own decisions. WS was great at the delivery and installation. They came back until it was done and didn’t charge me for the extra trips.
