Customer Service Representative (full time)

Job Opening – Warners’ Stellian – Up to $1500 signing bonus!

 

Job description: Provide exceptional customer service to our customers and employees in a service center atmosphere


Work hours: Flexible work schedule. 40 hours.

Job responsibilities include:

  • Inbound and outbound customer calls, chats, texts and email
  • Data entry
  • Research and problem solving
  • Scheduling service & collecting payments
  • Support to other Warners’ Stellian departments

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • PC literate
  • Attention to detail
  • Dependable
  • Understands the importance of the customer and is customer-focused
  • Previous Product Support, Customer Service or Call Center experience required
  • Minimum 3 years experience in an in-bound call center
