A Message to Our Valued Customers

Warners’ Stellian Appliance will remain open during the COVID-19 crisis to continue to provide people with appliances that help preserve food & medicine, prepare meals, cool and heat their home and water, and sanitize clothing, bedding and dishes – all functions important to maintaining social distancing and healthy homes.

Our business is taking the following precautions:

  • Wiping down work spaces and frequently touched surfaces with a disinfectant multiple times per day.
  • Avoiding shaking hands with customers entering a Warners’ Stellian showroom and in their homes.
  • Staff will be washing their hands frequently and maintaining a distance of six feet from associates and customers as much as possible.
  • Asking employees to remain at home if they are sick or experience any symptoms of illness.

We have also instructed our delivery & service associates to take extra precautions when interacting with customers in their homes, including avoiding shaking hands, maintaining a distance of six feet from customers and frequently washing and sanitizing hands. Appointments will be rescheduled for a future date for customers with symptoms, exposure to someone who has been infected with COVID-19 or customers with recent travel to areas where cases of COVID-19 are prevalent.  If you need to reschedule service, please contact our customer service team.
