Warners’ Stellian Service Terms and Conditions

 Please review the following information regarding terms and conditions for repair service below:

Warranty Disclaimer
If your appliance has an active warranty or protection plan, please note that this will only cover a repair where the technician finds failure of the appliance due to a defect in materials or workmanship under normal and proper use.

 *If our technician determines that it is normal operation or the fault is with the installation (unless Warners’ Stellian installed), electrical supply, home, or misuse of the appliance, standard service charges will apply.

Appointment Confirmation
An automated text and email confirmation will be sent the business day prior to the scheduled repair appointment, providing a 3-hour time window.

Reschedule/Cancellation Fee
*If the repair appointment is rescheduled more than once, within 2 business days of the appointment, a $75.00 reschedule/cancellation fee will be applied.

Appointment Safety

  • All pets must be secured behind closed doors prior to our technicians’ arrival.
  • Please be advised that if there are minors present at the time of the appointment, an adult 18 years of age or older must be present. The repair appointment will be rescheduled if there is only a minor present in the home.
  • Please practice safe social distancing while our technician is at your residence.
  • The appliance being serviced must be safely accessible by our technicians. 


Warners’ Stellian Warranty

At Warners’ Stellian, providing an exceptional customer experience is our top priority. We stand behind our work and offer the following warranties on our services:

  • 30-day labor (on installed parts)
  • 90-day parts

The warranty applies only when you have paid us directly for parts and/or labor for repair. The product must be installed according to manufacture guidelines and properly maintained to be eligible for our warranty. Warners’ Stellian cannot guarantee repairs will be successful. All installed parts and labor charges are non-refundable.   

 *Please be advised, we will be unable to continue with repairs or schedule future repair appointments until account balances have been paid in full.
