Talent Acquisition Specialist (full time) Job Opening – Warners’ Stellian

Summary/Job Statement

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for meeting hiring goals by seeking out quality candidates, confirming their qualifications and placing them in open roles at a company.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $60,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year

Essential Duties and Job Responsibilities

  • Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
  • Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings
  • Perform reference checks as needed
  • Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms
  • Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices
  • Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process
  • Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations
  • Collaborates with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Comfortable making decisions independently
  • Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders
  • Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
  • Deep understanding of employment laws and regulations
  • Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues
  • The ability to design and implement recruitment strategies that include diversity goals


Job Requirements

  • Education/Experience:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2+ years of recruiting experience preferred
  • Demonstrated results in recruiting high levels of talent
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally, in writing and in person
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office


Travel Demands:

  • In market and overnight travel required
  • Must have reliable transportation
